Invention Disclosure

Our clients usually have the need to provide us with information regarding their inventions. To help speed the process and ensure complete two-way understanding regarding the invention, clients can help us help them by filling out the invention disclosure form provided. Additional drawings along with any other supporting documents necessary for full disclosure of the invention are always solicited and helpful. By US Patent Law, all disclosures and invention disclosure forms remain confidential, meaning they cannot and will not be shared with a third party unless the inventor(s) instructs otherwise.
